Bend over back stretch

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, keep your lower back slightly arched and bend at your hips.
Keep your core flexed. Bend your knees and lower your torso until parallel to the floor. Hang your arms straight down from your shoulders with your palms facing each other. Then rotate your torso to the right and reach as high as you can with your right arm. And finally, reverse the movement on your left.

- Main muscles: Lower back, Calf, Core
- Secondary Muscles: Abs, Arms, Chest
- Remember to keep your arms straight and feet together for the entire movement.
- Keep your movement control and slow
- Do not stretch too much
